INNO CBC - An innovative ecosystem as the running force of the economy

Joining forces, actions and services for a successful environment for entrepreneurship on both sides of the border

The website startupalpeadria.eu was developed in the frame of the INNO CBC project, the development of an innovative ecosystem of cross-border cooperation

Project activities that were carried out in the frame of the INNO CBC project, gave various indirect results for the key groups of start-ups, young and/or family businesses in the cross-border region. The main project achievement is an analysis of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, a strategy of a joint cross-border platform Start-up Launch to Europe, a web platform as an information point of the cross-border start-up ecosystem, a series of workshops for the promotion of useful modern methodologies for development of entrepreneurial ideas and an action plan for open innovation and live laboratories.

8 promotional-dissemination workshops for 193 atendees

2 concepts for revision of innovative capabilities and technological evaluation of companies as a basis for future direction of cross-border industries

 

Goals of the project

The project was strategically important because it offered new joint measures and services of the entrepreneurship environment based on current economic circumstances on both sides of the border. The general goal of the project was to increase competitiveness and economic development in border areas by connecting competent institutions of knowledge and support environment, by participating in entrepreneurship promotion, and with the capability of having inter-regional influences on innovation, that is by developing innovative products, technologies, and services.

Cross-border collaboration

The added value of the project was in focusing on finding strategic opportunities and finding a competitive position by positioning the entire region in identified globally-focused market niches.
